Apples and Bananas: Comparison and How Humans Are

 I need more likes. I need to look like my idol on Instagram. Why can't I look like them, why isn't my life exactly like them? I just want a life that I can tell people about. We all are kiwis, apples, grapes, oranges when we all want to be bananas.  Comparisons. We all do that, whether about ourselves or about others. Our lives revolve around wanting to be better than what we are. We are never satisfied with who we were made to be at all. Social media blinds its users and makes us think that we have to look a certain way. Especially for young adults and teenagers.  We are bombarded by what people think we should be. We are constantly compared to each other and other people by parents, teachers, bosses, older friends, coaches, mentors. We believe them and allow them to mold us into the comparisons that they create.  A good example of this are my parents and the Duggar family. They expected me to court just like their children.
